Manage the daily operations of the Planning & Project Control team.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Project Planners and Senior Project Planners.
- Assign responsibilities across the planning team and ensure the delivery of high-quality planning outputs.
- Ensure the team receives necessary training and development to maintain performance standards.
- Oversee and participate in the development of detailed construction programmes for medium
- to large-scale projects.
- Maintain and update project schedules by collecting progress data, evaluating delays, and implementing effective monitoring systems.
- Ensure schedules are aligned with contractual obligations and project milestones.
- Oversee specialised planning functions, including large-scale development proposals and environmental planning studies.
- Perform and manage complex, high-impact planning projects, conducting in-depth research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure the management is continuously informed of project performance, risks, and significant developments.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure schedule alignment and resolve scheduling conflicts or issues.
- Provide expert input and advice on planning matters to support project teams and business development efforts.
- Establish and enforce standardised planning procedures and tools across all projects.
- Support developing and improving planning templates, reports, and control systems.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
