Account Assistant cum Admin

Accounting:
- Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Support in month-end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Handle petty cash and staff claims.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external parties when required.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll in compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.).
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters (appointment, confirmation, termination, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
General Administration:
- Manage office administration tasks such as filing, document control, and correspondence.
- Assist with procurement of office supplies and other operational needs.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
