  • Assist in implementing learning organization initiatives and programs cascaded from Group Learning & Development.
  • Develop a good understanding and knowledge on Glove Manufacturing process and production related work process.
  • Work closely with site Management to identify employees training need, localizing learning materials, deliver training to close the gap, and assess training effectiveness.
  • Ensure all Assessment and Evaluation being carried out accordingly.
  • Ensure all Training Record, Evaluation and Assessment document are well maintained.
  • Work closely with Head of Department to plan and execute On-Job-Training (OJT) within department.
  • Implement basic functional training program and assessment during onboarding process. Subsequently implement intermediate functional training program and ensure relevant On the Job Training (OJT) trainings before confirmation of employment.
  • Plan, organize, and execute training according to Annual Training Plan (ATP), Subject Matters Expert, and GL&D.
  • Work closely with HODs to create content for OJT (slides, template, process flow, SOP, form, report, etc).
  • Maximize the Human Resource Development Fund utilization and able to justify on training effectiveness.
  • Other assigned duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM6,695.00 per month
