RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
To maintain and control HR functions and administrative process.
Monitor, follow-up & update staff attendance with Headquarter HR Payroll.
Handles all matters relating to employee discipline including conducting internal investigation/ domestic inquiry.
Handles security management.
Attends and handles grievances on issues related to employees.
Administrate all events.
Prepare documents for Immigration, JTK and government matter
Handling foreign workers related matters such permit renewal, hostel management and transportation.
FOMEMA arrangement for a timely check-up.
Performing other related duties as per assignment by management from time to time.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Experience 2 years in Human Resource
Positive attitude and work ethics.
Fast learner and able to work in stress environment.
Good knowledge of the Employment Act, Malaysia Labour Law, and Industrial Relations.
COMPETENCY LEVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Min Diploma / bachelor's degree in HR/Business Studies or equivalent.
year experience in related field.
Willing to work in Subang Jaya, Selangor.
Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin Speaker is advantage.
