The Role As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the end-to-end design of key features and user journeys across our platform—ensuring they're intuitive, impactful, and aligned with both user needs and business goals. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to ship high-quality experiences at speed, without compromising on craft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design process—from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and shipping—across web and mobile platforms.
  • Lead user research & validation to uncover pain points and opportunities for job seekers and employers, translating insights into elegant, scalable solutions.
  • Design intuitive, accessible, and performance-optimized interfaces that drive engagement, conversion, and trust.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams in an agile, fast-paced environment.
  • Advocate for design quality and consistency by evolving our design system and ensuring cohesive experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate based on user feedback, A/B test results, and business metrics.
  • Balance speed with quality—knowing when to move fast and when to dive deep—without losing sight of long-term product vision.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in B2C digital products (marketplaces, SaaS, or job platforms a strong plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, problem-solving, and measurable impact.
  • Expertise in user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, Adobe Suite).
  • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams with a track record of shipping products quickly.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Comfortable using quantitative data (analytics, A/B tests) alongside qualitative insights to guide decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills—you can clearly articulate design rationale to stakeholders and engineers alike.
  • Passion for the future of work, talent, and employment ecosystems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in HR tech, job platforms, or marketplace products.
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/React) to collaborate effectively with engineers.
  • Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM12,000.00 per month
