HR Admin Assistant

Job Scope
- Assist in recruitment job (Screening, filtering, shortlisting, schedule arrangement, interview, follow up interview status, prepare job offer detail - End to End process) Discussion with PIC regarding job scope details
- Maintain and update staff leave information, e.g. annual leave / sick leave / public holiday
- Preparation of official letters / announcements / memos
- Maintain and update employee personal information in personal file and HR report
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor staff attendance
- Issue show cause letter and warning letter
- Perform other HR-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
