Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record keeping

Coordination & Follow-Up

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Follow up on instructions, submissions, and deadlines
  • Liaise with internal staff, suppliers, or clients when required

Operations & Support Tasks

  • Assist in tracking simple reports (attendance, claims, purchase records, basic progress tracking)
  • Support finance/admin tasks such as invoice filing, PO tracking, and document submission
  • Assist management with ad-hoc tasks and daily operational needs

Office Support

  • Manage office supplies and basic procurement
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Provide general support to management and project teams
  • Prepare basic letters, emails, quotations, forms, and internal documents
  • Organise and maintain both physical and digital files

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma (Fresh graduates are welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication
  • Able to communicate clearly in English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is an advantage but not compulsory)

  • Well-organised, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Able to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and good time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
