Requirements
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder in any fields.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
- Candidate with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to learn, multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period.
Responsibility
- Draft out daily routing for all internal delivery fleets.
- Arrange daily deliveries, pickup of raw materials, and transfer of finished goods from/to production premises and warehouse.
- Assist in checking and ensuring orders are picked at the correct quantity and description of goods for the right customers and to be loaded correctly to respective assigned vehicles.
- Liaise closely with 3rd parties transporters for pickups and deliveries related matters.
- Liaise closely with e-commerce & B2B customers to ensure orders are delivered according to mentioned request and availability.
- Liaise closely with warehouse team to ensure stock are always at sufficient level to cater customers' order.
- Handle all deliveries related tasks (ie: complaints, goods inbound and outbound, timing coordination with customer and etc)
- Liaise closely with all driver's along with HR to make appointment for lorry maintenance schedule.
- Take part in monthly stock take together with internal warehouse team
- Perform ant ad-hoc duties assigned by the company when required.
