Talent Acquisition

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection.
  • Prepare and post job advertisements on relevant recruitment platforms.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment database and candidate pipeline.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts, including career fairs and internship programmes.

Training & Development

  • Coordinate internal and external training programmes; registration, logistics and attendance tracking.
  • Liaise with training providers and manage HRD Corp claim documentation and training records.
  • Assist in identifying training needs through performance reviews and feedback.
  • Maintain the training calendar and compile post-training evaluations and reports.

General HR Support

  • Assist with new hire onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and positive employee experience.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of working experience in recruitment; exposure to training coordination is an added advantage.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, positive attitude.
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Walking distance: Approximately 10–15 minutes, depending on walking pace
