About the Role

The Information & Resource Specialist ensures our team and clients receive accurate, timely, and well-organized information. Research topics vary widely based on client or company needs—ranging from business leadership and communication skills to global mobility and even accounting fundamentals. If you're curious, resourceful, and enjoy reading and learning across domains, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do
  • Uphold strict standards for confidentiality, data security, and information protection.
  • Collect, verify, and synthesize information from diverse sources (reports, books, journals, reputable websites, interviews).
  • Organize findings into clear briefs, summaries, checklists, and reference folders.
  • Communicate with teammates to clarify needs and deliver concise, accurate updates.
  • Prepare short briefings and share relevant industry or topic updates with the team.
  • Support internal administrative or general tasks as assigned.
Key Skills & Abilities
  • Strong research, verification, and analytical skills; able to learn unfamiliar topics quickly.
  • Excellent data/document management and information organization.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
  • Logical, independent thinking with sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Reliable time management; able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Windows.
Language Requirements
  • Strong written and spoken English and Chinese.

Employment Details
  • Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hour lunch break in between).
  • Company Benefits (after probation/trial): Birthday-holiday off, Christmas-holiday off (Dec 24, 25).
