As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist to join our team and spearhead all aspects of personnel management, including recruitment, interviewing, and payroll computation.

Job Scope:

- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various job roles and levels.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect position requirements.
- Interviewing and Selection:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Facilitate interview debrief sessions and provide feedback to hiring managers to support informed decision-making.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration:

- Manage payroll processes, including calculation of salaries, bonuses, and deductions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries.
- Stay informed about industry trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive and equitable compensation and benefits packages.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication channels.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
- Organize company events, activities, and training sessions to promote team building and professional development opportunities.
- Compliance and Documentation:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and submit reports on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and diversity initiatives.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
