About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on all HR portfolios to ensure smooth daily operations. You will play a key part in supporting our Malaysia office expansion plan, employee engagement initiatives and overall HR processes.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding
- Support employee engagement initiatives, events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to support business growth and organizational effectiveness
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department and management team
- Handle general office administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Organized, detail-oriented,and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/ databases.
- Must be punctual, disciplined and a self-starter.
Qualifications
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any related field
- At lease 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experienced in studying abroad is a plus
