About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our growing team. This role will focus primarily on all HR portfolios to ensure smooth daily operations. You will play a key part in supporting our Malaysia office expansion plan, employee engagement initiatives and overall HR processes.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located at KL Eco City, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, events and activities to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and documentation in compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives to support business growth and organizational effectiveness
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department and management team
  • Handle general office administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Organized, detail-oriented,and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/ databases.
  • Must be punctual, disciplined and a self-starter.

Qualifications

  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree in any related field
  • At lease 1-2 years of experience in HR
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experienced in studying abroad is a plus
