Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the full lifecycle management of website projects — from requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, and launch to post-launch operations.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams including designers, developers, QA engineers, and marketing/operations teams to ensure progress and quality.
  3. Develop project plans and milestones, track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  4. Participate in website architecture and functional design reviews to ensure compliance with user experience standards and technical specifications.
  5. Supervise testing processes to ensure the website meets performance, security, and compatibility standards
  6. Monitor website operational data, analyze metrics such as traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates, and optimize site structure and content accordingly.
  7. Manage project profitability and cost control through continuous optimization of ROI.
  8. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project proposals, product requirement documents (PRDs), testing plans, and progress reports.
  9. Lead regular team meetings and project retrospectives to summarize lessons learned, identify issues, and propose improvements.
  10. Provide regular project status updates to management or clients to ensure transparency and timely decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, E-Commerce, Design Management, or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of project management experience in website development, with proven end-to-end project delivery cases;
  • Proficient in website development processes, including front-end, back-end, UI/UX design, testing, and deployment;
  • Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp;
  • Familiar with mainstream web development and site-building technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API integration, and CMS platforms;
  • Skilled in using website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Matomo, Hotjar) to conduct user behavior and traffic analysis;
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), with an understanding of website monetization strategies;
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills, capable of driving cross-functional collaboration;
  • Strong logical thinking, execution ability, and proven skills in risk anticipation and problem-solving.
