About Us

Eco Build is a leading design-and-build company specialising in high-end bungalows in Johor Bahru. We are expanding our team and seeking a responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented Site Agent to oversee daily site operations and ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers.
  • Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.
  • Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, material requisition, and reporting.
  • Handle site documentation, daily reports, material tracking, and photo updates.
  • Ensure all safety and health regulations and company standards are strictly followed, including site safety briefing.
  • Solve site issues promptly and communicate effectively with the office and clients when needed.
  • Attend to meetings with consultants and clients to ensure site operation is in accordance to latest drawings and meeting outputs.
  • Manage handyman for site works.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in construction site supervision (bungalow/landed experience preferred).
  • Good knowledge of construction processes, materials, and technical drawings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.
  • Diploma in Construction/Building/Architecture/Civil Engineering is an added advantage.
