Key Responsibilities 主要职责:

1. Event & Campaign Management 活动与宣传管理

  • Plan and organize retail marketing activities such as store openings, monthly thematic campaigns, and sales-driven events. 策划并组织零售营销活动,如店铺开业、每月主题促销及销售导向活动。
  • Coordinate end-to-end event execution, including preparation, communication, and on-site support. 负责活动从准备、沟通到现场执行的全流程管理。
  • Work closely with boutique sales teams to develop creative marketing strategies that boost store traffic and conversion. 与精品销售团队紧密合作,制定创意营销策略,以提高店铺人流量及转化率。

2. Vendor & Partner Coordination 供应商与合作伙伴协调

  • Liaise with outsourced brand suppliers and vendors to secure marketing support and joint promotional opportunities. 与外部品牌供应商及合作伙伴沟通,争取营销支持及联合促销机会。

4. Budget & Asset Management 预算与资产管理

  • Prepare and monitor marketing budgets by campaign, quarter, and year to ensure cost efficiency and targeted gross profit (GP) performance. 根据活动、季度及年度准备和监控营销预算,确保成本效益及目标毛利(GP)达成。
  • Manage all retail marketing assets and materials, including display stands, POSM, banners, buntings, and related in-store visuals. 管理所有零售营销资产及物料,包括展示架、POSM、横幅、吊旗及店内视觉陈列。
  • Oversee both offline and online advertising, including social media and WhatsApp marketing channels. 监督线下与线上广告,包括社交媒体及WhatsApp营销渠道。

5. Team & Operational Support 团队与运营支持

  • Support cross-functional collaboration among the Retail, Marketing, and Online teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. 支持零售、营销及线上团队的跨部门协作,确保品牌形象在各触点保持一致。
  • Participate actively in company events and promotional activities as required. 根据公司需求,积极参与公司活动及促销项目。

Requirements 职责:

  • Education: Diploma or higher in Marketing, Business, Sales, or equivalent qualification. 学历:市场营销、商业、销售或相关专业文凭或以上学历。
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in retail marketing or a similar role. 经验:至少1年零售营销或相关岗位工作经验。
  • Skills 技能:
  • Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities. 具备良好的沟通、协调及多任务处理能力。
  • Detail-oriented with good time management and follow-up skills. 注重细节,具备良好的时间管理与跟进能力。
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 熟练使用 Microsoft Office(Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook)。
  • Knowledge of social media marketing is an added advantage. 了解社交媒体营销者优先。
