Job description:

  • Organize and manage daily schedules for patient appointments, avoiding overlaps and ensuring optimal use of time slots.
  • Confirm appointments and reschedule as necessary, promptly communicating changes to patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including main lists, carer lists, and medical records, ensuring proper filing and secure storage.

  • Answer phone calls promptly, providing information or directing calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Conduct daily filing of documents to maintain organized records, updating the guarantee letter (GL) according to expiration dates, and verifying GL before patient appointments to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Receive general work direction from Customer Relations Officer.

Requirements:

  • Must possess Diploma or Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) certificate.
  • 1 year working experience.
  • Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Working experience in clerical duties.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with different levels of staff.
  • Fresh graduates and Interns are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
