About the role

We are seeking for talented Sales Administration to join our dynamic team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our sales department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and maintain customer records, including contact information, sales history, and any relevant documentation
  • Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely communication with customers and internal teams
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling inquiries
  • Assist with the implementation and maintenance of sales-related systems and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably within the automotive or client-facing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to create and maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Familiarity with sales-related software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Adaptable and willing to learn, with a positive attitude and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English & BM
  • Proficiency in Mandarin Language, both written and verbal, will be an added Advantage
