About the role
Join Yunling International SDN BHD as a full-time Administrative Assistant based in Setapak, Kuala Lumpur. In this essential role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the wider team, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
What you'll be doing
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, inquiries, and provide basic customer support when needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, letters, invoices, and other business documents.
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure the workspace is well-organized.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support internal departments with administrative tasks and follow-up actions.
- Assist in updating databases, tracking documents, and maintaining proper documentation flow.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
What we're looking for
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Responsible, hardworking, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Pleasant personality with a positive working attitude.
