Job Responsibilities- Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to company products
- Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer frustration
- Identify customers' level of technical knowledge and adjust communication accordingly
- Perform basic troubleshooting and probing to determine next action for software-related enquiries
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
- Fresh graduates with Certificate / Diploma / Degree in IT are encouraged to apply
- Willing to work on rotational shifts
- Willing to work in Ara Damansara
