Job Responsibilities
  • Provide continuous technical support via telephone and email related to company products
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues effectively
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage customer frustration
  • Identify customers' level of technical knowledge and adjust communication accordingly
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and probing to determine next action for software-related enquiries
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – Full Training Provided
  • Fresh graduates with Certificate / Diploma / Degree in IT are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts
  • Willing to work in Ara Damansara
