Key Responsibilities:

1.Offshore Project Development

1)Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the offshore project market and drive business growth.

2)Identify and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders in the offshore sector.

3).Monitor market trends and industry demands in the offshore industry to uncover opportunities and implement effective strategies.

2.Strategic Planning and Execution

1)Create business plans aligned with company goals and offshore industry opportunities.

2)Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and prioritize projects.

3.Opportunity Development and Client Engagement

1)Build and manage a pipeline of offshore project opportunities to ensure steady progress toward business targets.

2)Actively engage with prospects, clearly communicating the company's solutions and value proposition in the offshore space.

4.Negotiation and Contract Management

1)Drive successful negotiations to secure mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.

2)Oversee contract execution to ensure compliance and high-quality project delivery.

5.Account and Relationship Management

1)Serve as the primary contact for key accounts in the offshore sector, addressing their needs and building trust.

2)Proactively identify opportunities to expand business relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications:

1.Education and Experience

1)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field.

2)At least 8 years of experience in business development within the energy or offshore sectors.

3)Proven track record of successfully managing FPSO (Floating Production Storage and Offloading) projects and accounts.

2.Skills and Competencies

1).In-depth knowledge of the offshore industry, including FPSO technologies, applications, and related fields.

2)Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

3)Self-driven and results-oriented, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

3.Language and Communication

Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4.Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel across internationally as needed for client meetings and project requirements.
