A. Job Responsibilities

  • Receive and inspect incoming materials or products and verify against delivery orders or invoices.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage and documentation of materials and stock.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory software.
  • Prepare and issue materials to production or relevant departments based on requisitions.
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist in yearly stocktaking.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in the store area at all times.
  • Assist in loading / unloading activities and organize store layout efficiently.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or losses immediately to supervisors.
  • Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
  • Prepare stock reports and analysis for management.
  • Liaise with purchasing, production and other departments for inventory planning.
  • Perform other job deem necessary by management.

B. Job Competency

  • SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
