1. Document Control & Management

  • Maintain, organize, and update all incoming and outgoing documents including drawings, reports, letters, and technical records.
  • Check documents for accuracy and completeness before circulation or submission.
  • File and archive documents systematically (both physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
  • Track document revisions and maintain proper version control to avoid outdated information.

2. Distribution & Coordination

  • Distribute project documents to relevant departments and stakeholders as required.
  • Prepare and send transmittals and ensure all documentation flow is properly recorded.
  • Liaise with project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure timely document exchange and updates.

3. System & Process Implementation

  • Assist in implementing and maintaining document control procedures according to company and project requirements.
  • Create and manage templates, registers, logs, and standard forms for documentation use.
  • Ensure all documents are named, coded, and stored according to project standards.

4. Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents, agreements, and project materials.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO/document control standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Support the filing and organization of QA/QC, safety, or regulatory documentation as needed.

5. Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Prepare regular document status or tracking reports for management and project teams.
  • Retrieve, compile, and submit documents required for audits, inspections, or meetings.
  • Perform general administrative or documentation-related tasks as assigned by the superior/management.

Job Types: Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
