  • Maintain a systematic and organized filing system for all blasting and painting documentation (soft and hard copies).
  • Register, track, and distribute all incoming and outgoing documents, including technical drawings, inspection reports, method statements, and quality records.
  • Ensure documents are properly numbered, revision-controlled, and distributed to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, QAQC personnel, and engineers to collect daily progress reports, inspection requests (IR), and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Upload and update documents in document control systems in client-specific platforms.
  • Assist in preparing submission folders for inspection records, blasting/painting reports, paint batch certificates, and MSDS.
  • Archive completed documentation in line with project closeout requirements.
  • Liaise with clients or main contractors for document transmittal and approvals.
  • Support audits by ensuring all documents are traceable and available on request.
  • Prepare and issue the Document Control Register (DCR) on a weekly basis.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards, project specifications, and company procedures.

Requirement

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in document control (experience in blasting and painting projects is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with QA/QC documentation and inspection processes for surface preparation and coating activities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) .
  • Knowledge of document management systems
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,100.00 per month
