Job Responsibilities:

  • To collect, analyze, and interpret market data related to the new product development and enhancement.
  • To monitor competitors' strategies, product features, performance, energy consumption, pricing, and accreditations.
  • To develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies based on market trends and customer preferences.
  • To identify business opportunities and target market segments for both local and export markets.
  • To lead and drive cross-functional teams in new product development projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and milestones.
  • To conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis, and return on investment evaluations for new product ideas.
  • To manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  • To utilize project management tools such as Gantt Charts for monitoring and tracking project progress.
  • To develop tools and materials for product launches targeting regional and export markets.
  • To conduct technical and new product training sessions for affiliates, distributors, dealers, and consultants.
  • Provide technical support and solutions to address inquiries and technical issues promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide efficient support to customers, distributors, dealers, and consultants.
  • Maintain a business portal with up-to-date product information, including new product releases and changes.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders by delivering excellent customer service and support.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any equivalent qualifications with minimum CGPA 3.0 or second class upper.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to providing exceptional support and solutions.
  • Familiarity with product costing analysis and profitability considerations in fluctuating commodity and foreign exchange markets.
  • Added advantage if possess basic knowledge in air conditioning.
