Tasks & Responsibilities

· Process Optimization: Analyze and improve manufacturing workflows to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet quality standards through testing and process control.

· Equipment Management: Maintain and upgrade machinery, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs. Introduce new equipment/machinery to improved efficiency and quality.

· Safety Compliance: Develop and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and equipment.

· Collaboration: Work closely with design team and manufacturing sections to implement new technologies and processes.

· Cost Efficiency: Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.

· Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain logs, and document process changes and improvements.

· Estimating material, assembly and labor, and manufacturing master plan;

· Coordinate panel suppliers, wireman, technicians and system engineers;

· Overseeing inspection and maintenance programs;

· Following, improve and implement the processes as per ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 standard;

· Other duties as assigned;

Qualification Requirements

· Bachelor degree in electrical or electronic engineering;

· Profound technical understanding

· Familiarity with CAD software, manufacturing systems, and statistical process control.;

· Minimum 3 years of experience within the electrical industry;

· experience in automation, control, protection or instrumentation;

· Proficient in using computer software like MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc.;

· Good communication skills with co-workers, the management and customers;

· Willing to take responsibility and to work in the best interest of the Company;
