Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to meet sales requirements and follow up on leads generated through the system to secure confirmed sales.
  • Lead and supervise a team of Sales Executives to ensure both individual and team sales targets are achieved.
  • Monitor daily performance, provide regular feedback, and conduct coaching or training sessions to improve productivity.
  • Attend to customer enquiries, identify their property preferences, and recommend suitable properties that meet their needs.
  • Continuously develop new customer and market opportunities to expand the company's client base.
  • Conduct ongoing market surveys and comparisons to provide up-to-date market information to management and customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Handle the full sales process, including lead generation, sales booking, and loan documentation.
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma, preferably in Estate Management or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with experience in sales or other fast-paced industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in a sales-related role will be an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Malaysia, especially to Northern region projects.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
