I. Core Responsibilities

一、核心职责

  1. Responsible for Lenovo application technical support, including automation solution development to advance IT services.

  2. 负责联想应用技术支持,包括自动化方案开发以推进IT服务;

  3. Collaborate across web architecture, product, and development teams to understand requirements and formulate operational solutions.
  4. 跨Web架构、产品、开发团队协作,理解需求并制定运维解决方案;
  5. Develop scripts to automate daily operational processes and support CI/CD pipeline deployments.
  6. 脚本开发自动化日常运维流程,支持CI/CD流水线部署;
  7. Handle daily technical issues, conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis, ensuring resolution within SLA.
  8. 处理日常技术问题,排查故障并根因分析,确保SLA内解决;
  9. Monitor site performance, identify bottlenecks, proactively learn new technologies, and optimize systems and processes.
  10. 监控站点性能、定位瓶颈,主动学习新技术,优化系统与流程。

III. Qualifications

三、任职要求

  1. Bachelor's degree (IT-related) + 5+ years of IT application DevOps experience.

  2. 本科(IT相关)+ 5年以上IT应用DevOps经验;

  3. Proficient in Linux operations, practical experience with at least one scripting language, and hands-on database skills (e.g., MySQL).
  4. 具备Linux运维、至少1门脚本语言实操、数据库(MySQL等)实操能力;
  5. Familiarity with Java/JVM, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD processes; strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
  6. 了解Java/JVM、敏捷/Scrum、CI/CD流程,有问题解决、团队协作与沟通能力;
  7. Responsible for major incident investigation, tracking changes in test/pre-production/production environments, new application onboarding, database script support, and application upgrade coordination.
  8. 负责重大事件排查、测试/预生产/生产环境变更跟踪、新应用接入、数据库脚本支持及应用升级协调;
  9. Full-time position.
