Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing customer complaints and escalate issues where necessary.

  • Update and maintain customer records and service logs accurately.

  • Handle inquiries related to appointments and service scheduling.

  • Follow up with customers on service requests and feedback.

  • Support telemarketing activities to increase sales using provided leads.

  • Liaise with outlets and other stakeholders to collect customer details for master files.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/ Degree/ Short Courses/ Certifications in Business Administration & Management; Mass Communication & Public Relations; Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP).

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills.

    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a team and handle customer interactions professionally.
