  • Mengetahui etika perkhidmatan restoran dan amalan kebersihan asas.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi yang baik (secara langsung atau melalui telefon).
  • Boleh mengurus masa dan tugasan semasa waktu sibuk.
  • Sedia bekerja mengikut syif (termasuk hujung minggu & cuti umum).
  • Fizikal yang sihat dan mampu berdiri atau berjalan dalam tempoh masa yang lama.
  • Lulusan SPM dialu-alukan untuk memohon

Tanggungjawab Utama

  • Menyambut dan berinteraksi dengan pelanggan secara mesra dan profesional.
  • Mengambil dan menghantar pesanan makanan serta minuman dengan tepat dan cekap.
  • Memberikan cadangan makanan/minuman mengikut citarasa pelanggan.
  • Mempromosikan menu dan tawaran istimewa dengan yakin (upselling).
  • Memastikan kawasan lounge sentiasa kemas, bersih dan teratur.
  • Mengendalikan pembayaran dan menyemak resit dengan betul.
  • Membantu dalam semakan inventori dan penambahan stok jika diperlukan.
  • Menjaga kebersihan kawasan kerja termasuk menyapu, mengelap, dan membersihkan pintu/kaca.
  • Memberikan pengalaman perkhidmatan pelanggan yang cemerlang.
