We're Hiring – Software Tester (Malaysian Candidates Preferred)
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Key Responsibilities:
Develop test plans, test scripts, and test cases based on business requirements.
Prepare and manage testing activities, including test data and environment setup.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT).
Ensure all defects are properly tracked, fixed, and verified.
Document and report test results and progress updates.
Develop training materials and support UAT process improvements.
Escalate issues or risks to supervisors when necessary.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Professional insurance certifications (e.g., MII, CII, LOMA) are an added advantage.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of testing experience, preferably in the Life Insurance Industry.
Experience in mobile/web application testing and automation tools is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills:
Understanding of Life Insurance operations (Administration, Actuarial, Agency, Finance).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
