•    Ensure correct application of US and local GAAP for management reporting and statutory reporting

•    Perform month-end and year-end close procedures and G/L account reconciliations.

•    Prepare journal entries and maintain overall accuracy and integrity of the general ledger.

•    Respond to requests for financial information from other business functions.

•    Assist with year-end financial and other audits.

•    Responsible for local authority related reports and filings. E.g., Bank Negara Survey report, Monthly Manufacturing Data Statistic Survey, ad hoc MIDA application

•    Responsible for monthly reports and performance analysis i.e. CAPEX Analysis.

•    Assists in preparing forecast for CAPEX and labour and financial modelling in highly leveraged matrix.

•    Liaise with bank for trade transactions.

•    Handle cash management function, prepare cash forecast and timely funding allocation.

•    Responsible for the preparation for income tax filing package.

•    Prepares Balance Sheet forecast quarterly and monthly Balance Sheet review.

•    Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by superior.
