工作職責 Job Responsibilities

食品標籤與成分合規管理

Food Labeling & Ingredient Compliance

  • 根據各進口國(如美國、加拿大、歐盟、英國、澳洲、香港、新加坡等)食品法規,審核並制定產品成分標籤。
  • 依據出口地法規(如 FDA、EU Regulation、CFIA、GB 標準等),確認配方、營養成分、過敏原及添加劑標示的合法性。
  • 準備並審核出口產品包裝標籤版面,包括成分表、營養標示、宣稱語、條碼及過敏原資訊。
  • 定期更新法規資料庫,確保標籤資訊符合最新地方法規要求。
  • Review and validate product ingredient labels in accordance with food regulations of importing countries (e.g., USA, Canada, EU, UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore).
  • Ensure compliance of formulations, nutritional data, allergen declarations, and additives with relevant standards (FDA, EU Regulation, CFIA, GB, etc.).
  • Prepare and audit packaging label layouts for export markets, covering ingredient lists, nutrition facts, claims, barcodes, and allergen information.
  • Maintain a regulatory database and monitor global updates to ensure ongoing label compliance.

Ingredient Formulation & Quality Control

  • 與研發及生產部門合作,核實產品配方與成分比例,確保符合法規與市場需求。
  • 審查原料規格文件(如 COA、成分說明書),確認成分名稱與法規允許清單一致。
  • 參與新產品開發階段的法規審核,確保包裝、標籤與配方在上市前符合進口要求。
  • 監控產品品質一致性,並支援營養分析報告、樣品測試及進出口申報文件準備。
  • Collaborate with R&D and Production teams to verify product formulations and ensure regulatory and market compliance.
  • Review raw material documentation (COA, specification sheets) to confirm ingredient naming aligns with legal standards.
  • Participate in regulatory review during new product development to ensure packaging, labeling, and formulations meet import requirements.
  • Monitor product quality consistency and support preparation of nutritional reports, sample analysis, and import/export documentation.

法規事務與跨部門協作

Regulatory Affairs & Cross-functional Communication

  • 與銷售及市場部門合作,審核宣傳用語(如「無防腐劑」、「高蛋白」、「低脂肪」)的合法性。
  • 協助工廠品質體系文件(如 HACCP、ISO22000、BRC)更新,符合出口國審查標準。
  • 作為法規窗口,與第三方檢測機構、認證單位及客戶法規部門保持溝通。
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure promotional claims (e.g., "No Preservatives", "High Protein", "Low Fat") are legally compliant.
  • Support updates to factory quality system documentation (HACCP, ISO22000, BRC) to meet international audit requirements.
  • Act as the regulatory liaison with external testing labs, certification bodies, and clients' compliance teams.

任職資格 Qualifications

  • 食品科學、食品工程、食品安全或相關領域本科以上學歷。
  • 熟悉主要出口國食品標籤法規(如美國 FDA、歐盟 EU、加拿大 CFIA、中國 GB、香港等)。
  • 具備 3–5 年以上食品法規、標籤或品質管理相關經驗。
  • 能閱讀並理解英文技術文件與法規文本。
  • 細心負責,具備良好邏輯思維與獨立處理多國法規能力。
  • 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 及基本資料分析工具,具備報告撰寫能力。
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Safety, or related disciplines.
  • Strong knowledge of international food labeling regulations (FDA, EU, CFIA, GB, etc.).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in food regulatory affairs, labeling, or quality management.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting English technical and legal documents.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and analytical; able to manage multi-country regulatory data independently.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools; capable of preparing professional reports.
