Project Management Officer

The Project Management Officer (PMO) is responsible for supporting, coordinating, and monitoring projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The role provides governance, reporting, and administrative support to project managers and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and procedures.
Project Coordination & Support
- Assist in planning, scheduling and tracking project activities and milestones
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes of meetings
- Monitor project progress and follow up on action items
Project Governance & Documentation
- Maintain project documentation including project plans, risk registers and status reports
- Ensure projects comply with company policies, procedures and PMO standards
- Support implementation of project management frameworks and best practices
Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders
- Track project timelines, deliverables, risks and issues
- Escalate project risks or delays to relevant parties
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as a liaison between project teams, management and external parties
- Support effective communication across project teams
- Assist in managing stakeholder expectations
Administrative & Financial Support
- Assist in project budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation
- Support procurement activities related to projects when required
- Maintain accurate project records and databases
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM6,650.00 per month
