**Job Summary**:
The Enforcement Officer - Land Management is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing monitoring and enforcement activities across all railway reserve lands under the jurisdiction of the Railway Assets Corporation (RAC). This role includes handling complaints related to RAC projects, the Ministry of Transport (MOT), and external agencies, as well as ensuring continuous oversight and regulation of land use on railway reserves.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and implement monitoring and enforcement operations across all RAC railway reserve lands.
- Coordinate and manage complaints related to issues arising from RAC, MOT, or external agency projects.
- Supervise and carry out scheduled patrols and inspections to ensure the integrity and compliance of land use throughout railway reserves.
- Assist in the coordination of enforcement actions against illegal occupation or encroachment on railway land, in collaboration with relevant government agencies and departments.
- Conduct census and maintain records of squatters and places of worship situated on railway reserve land.
- Carry out enforcement actions, including the issuance and delivery of notices, as well as supporting joint eviction or demolition operations.
- Investigate complaints received from the public, RAC internal departments, or the Public Complaints Bureau, and recommend appropriate resolution actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports of all enforcement activities, inspections, and follow-up actions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on the status of land-related issues and enforcement measures.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Land Management, Urban Planning, Environmental Law, Enforcement, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in land enforcement, security, or regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of land law, encroachment handling, enforcement protocols, and inter-agency coordination.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage conflict or enforcement actions professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic land management tools.
- **Preference will be given to former members of the Malaysian Armed Forces (ATM), Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM), or former enforcement officers from relevant government departments.**:

- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently for field duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
