Our client specializes in plastic injection molding for sectors including automotive, motorcycle, home appliances, office equipment and audio-visual devices. Its capabilities include precision and double-colour injection, plus secondary operations like painting and assembly. The company emphasizes quality, cost control, lead-time, flexibility and customer service, holding certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 among others. Major clients include automotive names and OEM electronics manufacturers. 

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong accounting background and experience in handling full sets of accounts. You will play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and liaising with auditors and regulators while ensuring accurate and timely financial management.

Job Responsibilities
Manage the full set of accounts, including data entry, invoicing, and payments to customers and suppliers.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.Consolidate and prepare Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for submission to the Corporate Office in line with Bursa reporting requirements.Handle quarterly reporting to Corporate Office, including:Consolidation PackageSustainability ReportRelated Party TransactionsEnterprise Risk Management ReportOther ad-hoc reports as requiredSupport the annual budget preparation process.Liaise with tax agents, auditors, and regulatory bodies on statutory reporting, tax submission, and audit requirements.Work closely with the Part-Time Accountant on year-end tax computation, consolidation, and financial reporting.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., tax filings, SST, etc.) and adherence to accounting standards.Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in line with company policies.Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts.Support internal audit activities by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

Degree in Accounting or Professional Qualification (e.g., ACCA).Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2–3 years in audit preferred.Proficient in ERP Accounting Software and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written.Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Possess a positive work attitude, integrity, and good interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
