  3. Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.

  4. Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to achieve budgeted goals and maximize profitability.

  5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and quality control procedures.

  6. Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new products, create menus, and improve existing recipes to meet customer preferences and market trends.

  7. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and external partners to secure the best quality ingredients and services at competitive prices.

  8. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of the bakery operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.

  9. Handle customer feedback and resolve any complaints promptly and effectively to maintain a positive reputation and customer satisfaction.

  10. Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a bakery or food service establishment.

2. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
