Customer Service Assistant

We are looking for energetic and driven individuals to join our team as Customer Service Assistants (Collections). This role involves customer interaction, payment follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets, with attractive incentives and career advancement opportunities for high performers.
Position: Customer Service Assistant (Collections)
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via outbound calls to remind and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Update and maintain accurate customer payment records in the system.
- Clearly explain payment amounts, due dates, and approved payment methods.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Consistently achieve monthly collection targets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
- Computer literate with accurate typing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Disciplined, positive, and a strong team player.
- No prior experience required — comprehensive training will be provided.
Basic Salary: RM1,700
Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives with daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses
Location: Suria Inanam, Kota Kinabalu
Working Hours: Monday – Sunday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Off Days: Rotational off days based on company roster
