ResponsibilitiesReview and validate invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.Generate and process payment as necessary.Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.Execute accounts reconciliation.Support the company in optimizing our financial transactions and systems.Assist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process.Exercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting.Follow internal policies and procedures on all tasks assigned. Required skills and experienceGood written and verbal communication skillsStrong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft ExcelAbility to work effectively in teams comprising production and maintenance personnelHigh sense of responsibility and accountabilityMust be available for a minimum 6-month internship programme Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
