**Responsibilities**

Reporting to the APAC Financial Manager, you will be part of the APAC team to support Australia Accounts Payable and Malaysia General Accounting process.
- Manage the entire Accounts Payable function, this includes process and verifying all Account Payable-related transactions and ensure with relevant supporting documents.
- Work closely with GSC team to manage Accounts Payable functions.
- Ensure payments are in accordance with the agreed payment term and maintain healthy relationships with the suppliers and vendors.
- Perform monthly Account Payable reporting and Balance Sheet reconciliation on monthly basis.
- Ensure all Account Payable transactions comply with Control Framework and International Financial Reporting Standard.
- Process monthly journal posting and ensure monthly accruals are completed in a timely manner.
- Attend to queries from vendors and/or stakeholders, and resolve disputes and discrepancies.
- Review and enhance existing Accounts Payable processes and fully utilize existing systems and resources for better control and efficiency.
- Identify the current Account Payable issue and drive efficiencies and improvements by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform weekly AP forecast and maintain healthy DPO.

**Education & Experience**
- Degree holder in Accountancy/Commerce/Business Administration or partial professional certificates with good accounting knowledge.
- At least 4 years working experience specializing in AP / GL / Full set accounts.
