We are recruiting for Accounts Payable Analyst position to manage the portfolio of Payments Processing for Asia entities. Some of the key accountabilities of this position
- Stakeholder Management (Internal & External)
- Executing payments with accuracy
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Involve and participate in process improvements

What we ask
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or Equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available

- Executing Payment Run in SAP according to payment schedule i.e. weekly, ad-hoc, EOM etc
- Working closely with Treasury team in providing payment listing to be included in the daily cashflow
- Working closely with AR team on Trade Spend payments
- Working closely with OpCo on ad-hoc related payments
- Back-up daily operational tasks within the Payment team
- Contribute to the continuous improvements and implementation of changes in the AP process.

Projects
- Participate in process optimization projects and implementation of improvements
- Provide supports in migration projects to ensure smooth transition of activities to FSSC

Reporting
- Ensure periodic financial and non-financial KPIs are achieved for Accounts Payable, according to defined formats and procedures and (local) legislation.

Ad-hoc
- Weekly and Monthly KPI reporting
- Attending to audit queries
