Join Yonming Group and play a key role in strengthening internal controls, improving business processes, and supporting good governance across our operations. With over 45 branches nationwide, our Selangor Division is currently expanding and we are looking to fill the following two positions:

Position 1 : Internal Auditor

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Target Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00

1.     Internal Audit Execution: Perform internal audits across regional operations to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.

2.     Risk Assessment & Advisory: Identify operational, safety, and environmental risks and provide practical recommendations to minimize risks and protect company assets.

3.     Audit Documentation & Reporting: Prepare clear audit working papers, reports, and recommendations in a timely and accurate manner.

4.     SOP Review & Improvement: Review existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows, and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

5.     Coordinate with External Auditors: Liaise with external auditors to support audit activities and ensure timely submission of required documents across the Group.

6.     Compliance & Governance Support: Promote compliance, internal controls, and good governance practices throughout the organization.

7.     Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Position 2: Assistant Internal Auditor

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field

Target Salary: RM2,500.00 – RM3,100.00

1.     Stock Take & Inventory Checking: Conduct stock take and inventory verification at branches to ensure accuracy of records and compliance with company procedures.

2.     Branch Visits & Field Audits: Visit branches as scheduled to perform basic audit checks, observe operations, and verify adherence to company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

3.     Report Issues and Observations: Report audit findings, discrepancies, and observations to the Internal Auditor in a timely and clear manner for further action.

4.     Support Internal Audit Activities: Assist the Internal Auditor in internal audit assignments, data collection, and preparation of audit reports.

5.     Perform other duties and responsibilities by the Internal Auditor or Superior from time to time.
