sales coordinator

Job Description :
- To prepare quotation, sales order and relevant documents.
- Handle phone and email sales enquiries
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Follow up order status (Internal)
- Any ad-hoc work given by superior.
- Provide administrative support to sales team efficiently and independently.
- Facilitate the delivery orders and handle additional requests, and record all relevant info.
- Perform data entry.
- Provide support to sales team by using AutoCount System.
Requirement :
1. More than 1 year experience
2. Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
3. Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or any equivalent certificate
4. Good negotiation skills. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adapt to dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
5. Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
