About the role

Zenovia Solutions Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Assistant / Account Admin to join our team in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will provide critical support to our accounting and finance operations, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping for our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing and processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Maintaining meticulous records and reconciliations of financial transactions
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance teams
  • Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth financial operations
  • Adhering to all relevant accounting policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in a small practice or boutique firm
  • Strong proficiency in bookkeeping and accounting software
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and best practices
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
