What You'll Be Doing:
  • Strategic Proposals

    Craft and present innovative short- to mid-term business plans that drive smooth coordination between Regional Affiliates and our Factories.
  • Policy Development

    Design operational policies covering budgets, supply chains, pricing, and product management to optimize performance across the board.
  • Data Analysis

    Analyze key sales metrics and uncover actionable insights to boost efficiency and effectiveness for regional and local teams.
  • Coordination & Collaboration

    Act as the bridge among Daikin Group companies—locally and regionally—to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
  • Event Planning

    Organize and run engaging meetings and events that bring everyone together and keep momentum going strong.

Who We're Looking For:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Studies with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or Second-Class Upper.
  • A self-starter who works well independently and communicates clearly.
  • Someone with strong analytical and organizational skills—you love turning complexity into clarity.
  • Willingness to travel locally and across the region as needed.
