Job Descriptions

Academic Scheduling and Logistics

  • Preparation of teaching schedules based on approved course maps.
  • Compiling and organizing changes regarding schedules.
  • Publishing finalized timetables accurately and timely
  • Conducting thorough checks on system-generated timetables to identify and rectify any anomalies
  • Facilitating clear communication with lecturers and key service staff regarding schedule-related matters for smooth coordination.

Assessment Setup

  • Ensure assessment information and related details are accurately setup
  • Monitor assessment entries and make updates or corrections when required.

Operational and Administrative Support

  • Process academic service requests from lecturers, including class cancellations and replacements
  • Prepare and manage departmental documents, reports, minutes, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and organised filing systems for timetables, assessment data, and administrative records.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts in timetabling workflows and academic operations.
  • Provide guidance to staff on timetabling processes and system usage when needed.
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support and services for the running of programmes and ensure smooth operations of the university

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND JOB COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any fields.
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years working experience in education background, particularly in an administrative or coordinator role.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and detail oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,800.00 per month
