CONTENT CREATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging content (reels, videos, photos, posts) across films, dcor, entertainment, BTS, and event days.
  • Work closely with production & event teams to capture real-time, high-quality content during shoots and events.
  • Script, shoot, and edit short- and long-form content for social media and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure brand voice and visual consistency.
  • Generate creative content ideas based on trends, client requirements, and internal goals.
  • Track and respond to trends on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Write compelling captions and produce content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor content performance and optimize strategies for improved reach and engagement.
  • Support creative and campaign-related initiatives as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or equivalent tools.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Strong photography & videography skills with editing expertise.
  • Excellent storytelling, creative writing, and visual communication abilities.
  • Awareness of wedding and event industry trends and aesthetics.
  • Ability to perform under pressure during event days and multi-location shoots.
  • Creative mindset, trend-sensitive, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Diploma/Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia Design, Advertising, or related field.
  • Portfolio of previous content work (if any).
