- Memastikan semua dokumen dihantar sebelum tarikh tutup tender.
- Mengurus proses muat naik atau penghantaran tender (fizikal / online).
- Menyemak syarat tender dan memastikan pematuhan kepada keperluan.
- Menjalankan komunikasi dengan vendor, klien dan pihak dalaman.
- Menyediakan laporan ringkas status tender dan keputusan tender.
- Menyediakan laporan (tuntutan) penyelenggaraan lampu jalan & billboard LED Majlis Bandaraya Sepang
- Menyediakan laporan (tuntutan) penyelenggaraan lampu kecemasan & lampu keluar USIM
- Membantu dan menyokong gerak kerja team projek
