About the Role

We're looking for energetic and people-oriented individuals to join us as Customer Solutions Executive. In this role, you'll be the trusted point of contact for clients in Singapore — proactively reaching out, understanding their concerns and guiding them toward the right solutions. It's about building relationships, offering clear advice and ensuring clients feel supported every step of the way.

What You'll Do

  • Proactively reach out to clients to follow up, check in and offer assistance
  • Understand clients' concerns and provide clear, suitable solutions to meet their needs
  • Assist both existing and new clients with their renewals, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process
  • Prepare and share solutions, ensuring all details and documentation are accurate
  • Follow up on enquiries and solutions professionally and in a timely manner
  • Deliver excellent service that strengthens long-term client relationships
  • Work closely with the team while also managing tasks independently
  • Handle other ad hoc duties when required

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

What We're Looking For

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus
  • Able to speaks well in English and Chinese to engage both English and Chinese-speaking clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
  • Proactive and confident in reaching out to clients to offer support and solutions
  • Self-motivated, meticulous and able to juggle multiple tasks effectively
  • Able to work independently from home with your own computer and strong internet access
  • A team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
