Event Marketing Executive

岗位职责
- 负责公司线上平台活动的 策划、执行与复盘分析;
- 根据用户特征、产品节奏和市场动态,制定活动方案,提升用户参与度与留存率;
- 统筹活动资源与流程,协调 设计、开发、投放等跨部门团队 高效落地;
- 监控活动数据表现,分析关键指标并提出优化方案,提升活动转化效果;
- 持续关注行业趋势与优秀案例,挖掘 创新活动形式与增长机会。
任职要求
- Degree OR 以上学历,具备 2 年以上活动策划或运营相关经验;
- 具备丰富的线上活动策划与执行经验,对互联网用户行为和数据变化敏感;
- 具备较强的 创意构思能力与项目落地执行力;
- 数据分析能力强,能通过数据复盘推动活动优化;
- 具备优秀的沟通协调能力与团队合作意识;
- 中英文流利(书面与口语),能与不同团队高效协作。
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and review online campaigns and promotional events that drive user engagement and retention.
- Develop campaign strategies based on user insights, market trends, and product milestones.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources (design, product, media, and tech) to ensure efficient campaign delivery.
- Track performance metrics, analyze data, and continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with market trends and innovative campaign ideas to enhance user experience and brand activity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, marketing campaigns, or brand activation.
- Proven experience in planning and executing online or digital events.
- Strong creativity combined with solid project management and execution skills.
- Excellent data sense : able to interpret campaign performance and propose improvements.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, teamwork, and coordination abilities.
