What applies to you

You will have an exposure into Human Resources job function but no limit to HR business partnering, employee engagement, employee survey, HR reporting, and other HR related tasks.

What you will do

  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to support the business units pertaining to HR related matters such as BU initiative/programmes, HR operations and day-to-day support.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes such as conducting phone screening, interview coordination and etc.
  • Participate in recruitment efforts and represent the organization at career fairs.
  • Manage the application of training grants and handle claims-related matters from HRDC.
  • Prepare HR-related report as needed (training reports, leave reports etc).
  • Verify employees' information for reference check purpose.
  • Manage e-learning platform and assist in scheduling an exit interview.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires and contribute to induction coordination.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.

What you will need

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • The ability to work as part of a team and

curious & passionate in HR job function.
- Effective communication skills in English. Proficiency in other languages will be an added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and high sense of disciplinary and confidentiality.
